Commission rates related to real estate sales in Turkey are determined by the Law. According to the law, the real estate agency earns 2% from the buyer and 2% from the seller, in addition to this, it charges 18 percent VAT tax fee from the seller and the buyer. This is of course the legal one, this rate is valid in all legal disputes. Real estate agency can make a special agreement with the seller, since special work is done for special products, they can determine the real estate commission among themselves.
